Inspired by Gardens Art Courses run from two UK locations, in Northumberland, northern England near the historic market town of Hexham, and on the Devon/Somerset Border in South West England. Courses are based in the studio of artist Catherine Stott, and in the countryside and gardens near to the studio.
COURSES IN DEVON
The artist’s house and studio on the Devon Somerset
border is close to beautiful and varied West Country gardens, which benefit
from the milder climate and extended season in this part of the country.
Day Workshops
Studio courses on many aspects of garden and flower painting; buffet lunch
and refreshments normally included. Some spring/summer courses may also
meet at a local garden of interest – these course fees may not include
lunches or garden entry. Look out for more details and course dates on the
programme
page, or contact the artist to register
an interest. If you are a beginner, ask the artist for advice on the best
course for you and materials to bring.
